Plastic molding division, thanks to its organization and planning of its productive potentiality is in constantly growing. Our injection molding product range consists of the latest generation microprocessor machines from 25 to 360 tons, automated and working 24 hours in three different shifts. All of them are equipped with automatic systems for feeding and dosing dyes, conveyor belts, preheating and drying furnaces, molds conditioning units and temperature control units for hot runner molds. On request, we have the possibility to realize semi-assemblies or full assemblies. In our equipment we also have an ultrasonic welding machine which enables us to complete, finish and close the assemblies.
Molding presses for large productions of plastic items controlled by machine onboard microprocessor, based on the customer’s needs. From raw material, through a mold supplied or manufactured in our workshop it’s possible to get finished items ready for use or semi-finished items to be assembled in a second step.
